Set up the SvelteKit 5/Tailwind v4 frontend per docs/PLAN.md Abschnitt 4/5:
adapter-static in SPA fallback mode, Paraglide i18n (de), design tokens and
dark mode with an anti-flash script, self-hosted Inter, and the Button,
Input, Pill, Avatar, Card, Dialog and Toast UI primitives (Phase 0).

Also lays out the (app)/(auth) route groups with the desktop sidebar and
mobile bottom nav, a working color-scheme switcher, and placeholder pages
for dashboard, contacts, gifts, tags, settings, login and register that
state plainly which phase will wire them to the backend (Phase 1 shell).
